What we offer

Alamo Country Club, a 55 plus resident owned Senior Retirement community, is located on North Tower Road and SH 495 in the “Playful City” of Alamo, Texas.  The community is the “Best Kept Secret in the Rio Grande Valley”!  A beautiful community of 526 member-owned homes is situated on a 9 hole, par 35 golf course.  Practice areas include putting and chipping greens and a driving range. Residents “PLAY” all year round with leagues for ladies and men, couples and a Saturday morning scramble. Several tournaments are held throughout  the year. Open golf is FREE to residents and NO trail fees.  The course is closed on Mondays for maintenance.

Other amenities include a tennis/sports court, shuffleboard court, horseshoe pits and a beautiful pool with spa. A large, full-service pavilion is available for outdoor activities.  ACC has RV storage available.

The large Clubhouse houses the Administration offices, Golf Shop, kitchen, ballroom, library, mailroom and other areas for cards, bingo, meetings and billiards.  The Exercise room is furnished with up-to-date equipment with lockers available.

ACC is walled/fenced on all perimeters, with a 24/7 guard on duty at the entrance.  An extra officer patrols the entire community at night for the resident’s safety.

A Texas Certified Nature Park attracts many rare birds and butterflies.  A beautiful walkway “invites” you in to enjoy the beautiful park!

New to the community is a Bark Park!!! This is an opportunity for your pet to PLAY in a safe environment.
