Reminder 

There is no Yoga on the 3rd Monday of each month and the

Wednesday prior to the BOD meeting.  

The View Room is reserved for BOD use.

 

 

YOGA  CONCENTRATES  ON

   STRETCHING  AND  RELAXATION

 

ALL  YOU  NEED  IS  A  MAT  AND  LOOSE

COMFORTABLE  CLOTHING.   YOU  ARE  WELCOME

TO  USE  ANY  PROPS  THAT WILL  ENHANCE

YOUR  STRETCHING.

 

WITH  REGULAR  GENTLE  PRACTICE  YOU  CAN

INCREASE  YOUR  FLEXIBILITY

IMPROVE  YOUR  BREATHING 

AND 

LEARN  HOW  TO  RELAX

 

We listen to a variety of audio classes that consist of gentle

 yoga postures with a relaxation period at the end.  

       You are encouraged to do only the postures              

                    that you can do comfortably                 

and to substitute other stretches for any postures that are not good for you to do.  

Any stretches that have been suggested by your

health care provider are good substitutes. 

Make this a time to do something good for your body.
